Kalarippayattu is a martial art form from Kerala. A perfect supplement for dancers, Kalari helps to build agility, strength and concentration. Its regular practice also helps develop stamina and a strong centre.  

Sumesh P.B received training in Kalaripayattu from Sensei Manoj K.S from Bodhidharma Martial Art Academy, Kerala. He has also learned Karate-do and Kobu-do (Okinawan martial arts). Sumesh holds a Black Belt 1st Dan in Karate-do (Japanese Style).
